Atmanirbhar Bharat

The year 2020 has been a disastrous one not just for India bat for every country in the world due to
the rapid spread of coronavirus which eventually led to a pandemic. The disease impacted the
country's economy on a large scale, thus further damaging the growth and progress.
In these times, where economy seemed to fall with each passing day, prime minister of India,
Narendra Modi introduced a concept called
Atamnirbhar Bharat. ohm 12th may 2020, Prime minister Narandra Modi announced a package of 20
lakhs corers to revive the economy and address the issues effecting various sections of people. the
package is about 10/ India's total GDP.
Atamnirbhar Bharat is the mission and vision of our P. M. Narenare Modi to make India self- reliant the
real meaning of Atamnirbhar is self-reliant India. Atamnirbhar means to promote and give preference
to. Indigenous products. And ensuring that these products match their imported counterparts in cost
and quality.

• Atmanirbhar Bharat Scheme was launched on 12 may 2020,by the Prime Minister Modi.
• This scheme will run under the Ministry of finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Health and
Ministry of he and electronics.
• The main motive of this scheme was to make India self-reliant India so that
we can minimize the import of at last Small things.
• A package of 20 lakh corer rupees was announced in this scheme to help people.
• The main reason behind this scheme was COVID-19 in which many people lost
their jobs and laborers too.
• It was launched to encourage Indians to step into self- development through their
talent and knowledge.

• Another name for Atmanirbharta muhim is “SWATANTRATA BHARAT CAMPAIGN”
• The primary aim of this package is to make the country independent and combating the
competition in the global market.
• It is also helpful in filling the gap between demand and supply.
• Main motive of this scheme was to make India self reliant so that we can
minimize the import of atheist small things.
• The slogan for Atmanirbhar bharat is – “ VOCALS FOR LOCAL”…
• Atma nirbhar bharat can be defined as – THE STATE OF THE WORLD TODAY,
