As the topic suggest Aatam Nirbhar stands for being dependents
     upon self . Since ages, women has been suppressed in the name of
     safety, security, illiteracy, inferiority etc.
     The empowerment and autonomy of women and the improvement
     of  women's social, economic and political status is essential for
     being in dependent in their respective field.
     The most important tool in achieving this is right education for
     women which  provides them wings to fly .If we teach a girl we
     teach a whole community.

    Greetings of the day!
    Please find my article on - How anyone could be Aatam - Nirbhar in their respective fields.
    As a teacher we can strive to become Aatam - Nirbhar by working upon the following mantras : -

    1. Early to bed and early to rise should be the mantra for not only the Teachers and students but
      also for everyone else. We can get up without Alarm.
    2. Making our bed soon after we get out of it in the morning; this will ensure we will get a nice bed in
      the late evening when we come to sleep after all day’s work.
    3. Taking out time for either Yoga or morning walk to remain healthy.
    4. Always take out time for Plan of the Day. It streamlines our efforts and sets the priority of the  entire
      day’s activities in the morning. It saves time and helps us remain on course.
    5. Plan a light breakfast, possibly we can then prepare it on our own.
    6. Follow the time – table strictly so that neither the class nor the teacher has to suffer or re-schedule
      it later. Remember rescheduling it a dependent activity.
    7. Doing things right first time. Mistakes may have effect on other’s work also and Rework is a
      non-value add activity.
    8. Share your lunch with your colleagues. It helps everyone in case someone came unprepared to
      school and also our team bonding is definitely enhanced.
    9. Keep time for yourself. You should be devoted to at least one hobby or you should be learning
      something new that you have always wanted but couldn’t do it before.
    10. Socialize in the evening – this way, you either help someone or get some help. You may also learn
       from others in these interactions.
    11. End of the Day – Summary or report are equally important as the Plan of the Day activity. Studies
       show that we tend to forget 80% of daily chores after a night’s sleep. It keeps us motivated and
       closes many things on timelines.
    12. Sleep well and for right amount of time. it will ensure you are fresh and raring to go, in the next
       morning.

    These ideas may seem small or elementary but they are of immense value to everyone who can
    abide by it and reap rich benefits in their lives.
