Himachal Pradesh : Paradise On Earth

Himachal Pradesh is a state in North India. Moreover, the economy of this state is
highly dependent on three sources. Those are: Hydroelectric Power, Tourism and
Agriculture. Hindi and Punjabi are the officials languages of Himachal Pradesh.
Pahadi language is also heard from the people of Himachal Pradesh.Its Capital City
is Shimla. Shimla is also known as the Summer Capital of the Country. The main
rivers of this state are Ravi, Beas, Chenab, and Satluj.
The lowland fruit orchards, plunging valleys, snowy
peaks, rolling meadows, wild forestland and the
rambling brooks and rivers are the main aspects of
nature in Himachal Pradesh. Khatte Chane is one of
the most popular dishes from Himachal that is an
integral part of traditional thali called Dham. Made
with black chickpea, gram flour, spices and jaggery
this traditional dish is also called “Channe ka Khatta”
or simply “Khatta”. Kullu Dussehra, a famous festival
of Himachal Pradesh, is a week-long congregation of Tanisha | Class -10 N1
the local devtas and devis which begins on the tenth Suraj School, Sec 75 Gurugram
of the white lunar period of Asvin and ends on the full moon day.

The India of my dreams will be a corruption free nation. Beggary should be
abolished, government should be people Friendly and citizens should consider it
as their duty to do something constructive for the nation. Teachers and doctors
should not be treated as an object for dirty politics and corruption, National
income should be equally distributed among the people.
