Festival is a time when people celebrate any religious event. India is a home to a huge diversity of
cultures , religions and languages so, festivals like Eid and Christmas are celebrated with a sense of
brotherhood among the Hindus , Muslims , Sikhs , Christians and others festivals had promoted
unity in diversity in india , as these are the occassions which specifies the greatness of happiness
and move away sadness , festivals promote to keep attach to the origins , societies , values and
conserve it ..it is the occassions and paths to which people collectively celebrate and meet.

Celebrating our differences, as well as our common interests, helps unite and educate us. To
understand other's perspectives, to broaden our own, and to fully experience and educate
ourselves.
